Austin has no shortage of things to do. Rooftop bars, happy hours, brewery tours, wine nights. The social calendar in this city is packed.
But a few years ago, I started noticing something: almost every social experience in this city was built around drinking. And while I’m certainly not the sober police, I wanted to find a space where alcohol wasn’t the center of attention. A place where connection came first.
I couldn’t find it anywhere.
A space where sobriety isn’t required, but alcohol is kind of like a paid actor. It’s there… it’s just not the main act. Somewhere along the way, I realized Zero Proof Babe was becoming about so much more than what was (or wasn’t) in our cups.
It’s about what we’re willing to remove from our lives in order to make room for what matters most.
Zero Proofing your life means removing what no longer serves you so you can create space for the things that do.
It might look like removing gossip to make room for real, authentic vulnerability.
Removing chaos to make room for stillness.
Removing habits that no longer align with the version of yourself you’re becoming.
Removing comparison to make room for confidence.
Removing fear to make room for courage.
Whatever it is, we all have something we’re ready to Zero Proof.
ZPB is for the self-auditors. The self-aware. The people willing to look inward and ask, “What’s no longer serving me?”
Because growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we’re honest enough to let go of what no longer fits and intentional enough to make room for what does.
That’s what Zero Proof Babe is all about.
A community of people becoming more fully themselves, together.
Zero Proofing our lives since 2026.
Cheers to becoming your fullest self.
Love,
Sara
